Privacy notice

This notice explains how nothub handles information submitted through our pilot application. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@nothub.ai.

What you share with us

The application asks for your email address and Whatnot shop name. You may also share your selling category, monthly order range, and an inventory challenge. We record your submission time, application status, and the version of this notice accepted with your application. Please do not include passwords, API keys, buyer details, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use application information to review pilot suitability, understand seller needs, and contact you about the pilot. Applying is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. We do not sell your application information.

Storage and service providers

The website and application database are hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes data to provide hosting, database storage, security, and network services. These services may process information in countries other than your own. Access to application records is restricted to people managing the pilot.

Security and technical information

We use encrypted connections, server-side validation, and request limits. Your IP address is used by Cloudflare to enforce submission limits, but is not stored in our application table. Hosting and security services may process standard request metadata. We do not intentionally log the contents of your application.

Cookies and analytics

This launch website does not use advertising trackers or application analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own site. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and your choices

We retain applications while evaluating and operating the pilot, and review them for deletion when they are no longer needed. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your application, or stop pilot-related contact, by emailing hello@nothub.ai from the address you used to apply.

Third-party accounts

Applying does not connect your Whatnot account or grant us access to your inventory, orders, or customer data. If you are invited to connect a seller account later, we will explain the relevant permissions and update this notice before that functionality becomes available.

Changes

We may update this notice as the pilot develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting existing applications will be communicated when appropriate.
